Return Policy

Would you like to return your item? No problem! You can return your item within 30 days after delivery.

 

Returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 4 steps:

1. Please request a return here. We will send you our return form.
2. Fill in the return form. Fill in clearly which items you want to return.

3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package. 

4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days.

Is returning items free?

Delivery costs for returns are on your own cost. It depends on your location how much the delivery costs for returns are.

 

What are the return conditions?

With our return policy, you can return items within 30 days after delivery, without any specific reason.

 

All items that are returned should be unworn, unwashed, contain all labels and be suitable for reselling. If this is not the case, Pure Ecosentials has the right to refuse a refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

How long does a refund take?

 

We try to make a refund as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 working days. Once processed, it might take up to a few days before your refund is visible in your bank account.

 

What to do when you received damaged or faulty products?

 

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that an item is damaged during shipping or production. Of course, we are happy to solve this problem with you. Please send us a message (tb.tb.retail@gmail.com) of the problem and add photos. Customer service will find you a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Where do I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a x digit code. Please check your spam box first if you cannot find your confirmation email.
